1st Week Prep...

Alright... first week of training beginsss.. what a good day to start a week aye. I skipped my 1st session which was last monday, due to some stupid -mistake-freakin' minor injury I suffered from playing basketball... I could've missed that game, but instead manage to cope up with the guys from my office. Good thing I got lucky, coz I can still walk... usually if a sprained ankle is worst, it takes like a month or so before you get back to normal... and thats not good for me coz the fight is on 16, which on the other hand, almost a month from now!!!

And so I rest my left foot and thought of calling it a day.

Tuesday; I went to MAP gym to give my foot a "therapy". I know, I'm crazy. hahahaha... but seriously I need to like, practice my focus and speed ability, because last friday, Fuck.. I got ambushed and my nose almost broke and felt like it's split in half and was about to fall down hahahahah... Props to Robi.. you a KILLAAAA man. But good fight bro, we battlin' it like it was some kinda street fight and shit and not Muay Thai. Shit.. hahaahahah.

And comes Wednesday (today).. my first sparring with my team mates... Honestly.. I don't see any improvement.. or did I? I don't know... fuck.. I came late coz now I'm working in Makati; which is an hour away from MAP gym.. so when I got the there, without any stretching or warm up, our head coach told me to go up there and fight... I was like holy shit. And again.. for the second time around.. Robi killed me! but it was a good fight though.. Jay Alcantara; who I consider as my mentor and my friend- also sparred me.. HE WAS A BEAST. nuff said, and the rest is history... hahahaha!

so yea expect me to share more.. as i track down my training.. wish me luck and please do pray for my safety. Goodnight Philippines...

Starts Now...

5 weeks from now(May 16) is my first ever debut fight in Muay Thai and at this moment I am having mixed emotions... not the fact that I'm scared to lose, it's just that I still can't believe I'm competing. But yea, from this day forward, proper discipline and excercise is the key and it starts now!

oh yea by the way, also; 5 weeks from now(May 15) is Carie's birthday and I will dedicate my first ever fight to her... =) I hope everything would turn out right for her this upcoming birthday and that the Lord gives her everlasting hapiness, unconditional love and guide her everyday. Oh yea and God pls. make her stop from smoking cigs!

Holy Week

Alright.. what a week. Spend the Holy Week in Nueva Ecija, my mom's side's province. Growing up in province is one of a kind.. proud to say that I have 2 province; Bulacan and Nueva Ecija. I grew up spending every year's Holy Week in Nueva Ecija, because that's were our "Poon" or a life-sized modeled Jesus Christ and other saints is placed.

So yea, so much for the history.. anyway moving on.. while in Nueva, I could'nt go online because there is no signal or no internet connection in the place where I lived. hahaha.. Honestly, I won't survive without net. So yea come Good Friday, woke up around 6AM and manage to run 40 laps around these empty lot beside our house.

While preparing for the big procession in the afternoon we went to church around 3PM in the afternoon and then the sun and it's heat started to eat me. But as we say... we should sacrifice. hahaha

IT'S OUT!!!!! the first time I heard their song was like years ago during the Tippin' The Scales project that King B-Roc had given me to work with that album cover, and from that time I really dig LDP (Lyrically Deranged Poets)'s tracks/songs and it's messages. Weeks later, became friends with one of the member, Rjay. Wow, what can I say, awesome dude! really talented person even his crew... who knows, someday might given a chance to do album artwork cover or shirt design for the crew! yea?! CHYEA! =P
